Easy to use, works beautifully, and GREAT customer service
I bought this vendor years ago with the best intentions of starting to sell some textures. Between one thing and another distractions, I never unpacked or tried to use the vendor until a couple weeks ago. When I did, to my dismay, the textures were showing up sideways. I was sad, because this vendor has all the features I was looking for, and I figured after something like three years of not even opening the box, I wouldn't get any sympathy for the problem and more than half embarrassed to even ask for help.
Happily, I was wrong... Alchemy Epstein remembered it was an old bug that had been fixed long since. He sent me the updated version and followed up to be sure that I had the vendor working correctly. All in all, dealing with Alchemy has been a great experience, the product is exactly what I wanted, and I can't imagine more caring and gracious customer service.
