I love to modify my houses and the Appalachian Cabin turned out to be amazingly adaptable. Originally intended as an eastern/midwestern U.S. cabin, with a few minor texture changes it fits just about any rustic scene you can imagine.

Two different sizes, twisted or straight woodbeams, door on the left or right size and... six different finishes. I had to add another sky platform to my store to make room for them all! I guess I better stop there but maybe you have your own ideas? All Chin Rey houses and other OPQ products are made to be modifiable so people can add their own personal touch to them!

The version for sale here is the small 12x8 m single room variant with door to the left, straight woodbeams and a lovely shabby chic inspired finish in white wood exterior and soft pastel colored floral wallpaper.

Modifying the item
The cottage is fully modifiable and you can resize and/or retexture it any way you like.
(To avoid any misunderstanding, the cottage will be listed as not modifiable in you inventory. That is because it contains a no-modify script. Once rezzed, the item itself can be modified any way you like.)
