Just pick your size, select the alpha you need; to wear the dress alone, the dress with shoes/feet, the dress with anklets, or dress with knee high boots and that's all. Put on the hud if you want to change to another look, and select the accessory for the shoulder, you have shoulder flexi ruffles or sculpt buckle.
Dress is mesh, accessories are sculpt and flexi prim.
