Edwardian "Eye" of Peacock Tail Feather Necklace, Earrings and Ring

This necklace set is based on a real ring and set of earrings that can be viewed online at http://www.timedancesby.com. It is not an exact copy but is meant to convey the spirit and mystique of the original. The image of the peacock eye cabochon is used with permission. The peacock eye cabochons were handmade of colored foil covered in glass to give a brilliant jewel-like effect with an iridescent shine. Silver settings were preferred over gold by those in the arts and crafts movement.

This set looks beautiful with either period garb or modern formal outfits. It uses highly detailed primwork; the necklace chain is all prim with the necklace containing 216 prims total meaning it could be closely fitted to the neck for a more realistic appearance. The set looks good both up close and from a distance and really "pops" off the wearer's neck to make a bold statement.
