Impling's 'Vivian' Doll House is A 12 room ( counting the roof) living environment.
Its a total of 376 Land impact or 408 with the windows, (see below for info on them, and also related items),
and 43M wide and 17M high at its peak.
There is a HUD included to change the outer siding (8 textures) and the roof (7 textures). ((See * note below))
Its completely mod and copy. ( even if the scripts in it tell you it's not).
The decor in the pictures ( kitchen, bedroom, toys, etc) are not included but are shown as possible room ideas. Although some items are actually sold at Implings.
The "demo" available is a footprint to make sure the home fits your parcel or land.

* Due to face counts the roof textures can take up to a minute to change, please be patient. it will happen.
Don't drag/copy but rather rez a new one if you want more than one out. Drag/copy can sometimes mess up the door.
If you have more than one and want them to be different colors. First rez one and choose your color combination and then right click the house> edit>contents>and remove the script inside and it will no longer communicate with the HUD. You can now rez another and choose different colors.
-------The Windows---------------------------------------------
Included in this sale but also sold separately are the windows. These windows come in multiple versions. Single, double, long curtain and shorter curtain. They also come with a hud to change the fabric, rope, and tassels. ASWELL as if you click a window you can change what you see outside it at any time!! There are 16 different options and everything from sunshiney fields to beaches and dark mysterious creepy forests and many more to choose from. ( there is also an access option you can change to allow group/owner/everyone to change the scene).
