512 parcel size Basic Quality MESH House Versión REV A

The 512 basic Mesh house. Great for 512 parcels, a quality mesh house for always $50! I am much newer than many, and it is not easy to buy these expensive houses. I will say, after the work I put into this house, when you see these houses for $1000 or $2000, they are worth every dollar. Wow.

Don’t you like getting these mesh houses on sale! Well this is my first Mesh House here in SL, so you can see my style. I am selling this house for much less for a complete mesh house designed outside of SL. Everything is created in CAD and texturized in Blender. That is my secret way!!!

You can see this house, walk around in it at my new store. I am only setup to sell on Marketplace for now. TP over there, and see this lovely house!!! I think so!!
COPY and MODIFY, so you can change all the colors and textures. For changing the actual house walls, not sure how that will go as Mesh is put together not being so happy with stretches. If you highlight everything, and stretch you can do that, but I have not experimented with it much.

-10m x 11m with the roof overhang
-34 prims – you can unlink the baseboard molding to save some if you are in a bind!
-2 light switches by front door. One for the 4 ceiling lights inside, and one for the 2 outside lights above the front and rear door
-PBR texture for the inside floor and the brick outside walls
-All modify and copy
-Texture faces can be changed, exterior and interior walls!
-Minimum baked shadow effects as most are moving to SL shadows in the viewer!
-Detailed wood windows and doors
-Glass are clear prims, you can edit all glass to be darker or whatever you want!
-cathedral ceiling so better view inside!
-doors and lights are NOT linked once rezed, be sure to hold control and include them if moving. House, 2 doors and 2 lights…just click the light switch when needing to get them all highlighted (hey I am newer than most, you all probably already know this!!)
