Door scripts are copy/no mod, however everything else is mod/copy.
64x40m FootPrint.
V3.1 Non-Mesh is 40 prims.
V4 Mesh is 43 Prims but uses no megaprims or rez box.
V4 is all mesh except for the doors.
Both V3.1 and V4 are included if you really want those 3 prims :).
