This is a low prim Dining Table Set, great for places like Linden home which have a limited number of prims available.
Each item in the set, except the carpet, is a sculpt item and thus made up of only one prim.
Each sculpt has been carefully designed with LOD (level of detail) and bounding box in mind.
Many scultps distort when viewed from a small distance. These do not.
Looks good at both LOD 3 and LOD 2
Some builders work around this issue by creating a large bounding box.
Large bounding box makes it hard to move your avatar around them
Also unsitting from them throws your avatar high up in the air.
This could be a nuisance in a small place.
This does not happen with this Dining Table set.The bounding box has been kept to the minimum.
Each of the item has modify permission. Thus you can change their size to suit your needs.
This Dining Table Set consists of
* four chairs
* one table
* one carpet
Each chair has three embedded animations
To change your animation touch the chair while sitting on it.
You will be presented with a menu of animations.
Click on an animation.
Your avatar would switch to that animation.
The transition between animations is very smooth.
(If the owner touches the chair while sitting on it then the owner will first be asked if he/she wants to change color or animation)
To keep the prims low no pose balls are used. Instead the animations are embedded in the chair itself.
The color of the table, chair and carpet can be changed to any one of the following four color
* brown
* pink
* blue
* orange
See images for colors.
To change the color, touch the table or chair.
You will be presented with a menu of colors.
Click on a color.
The table or chair will change to that color.
Note: Only the owner can change color.
Note:
Changing some settings can make your sculpt based item look better. Try the following
a) Goto Me>Preferences>Graphics>Mesh detail: objects Change this to high.
b) Goto "advanced" menu, then "Show Debug Setting" , selec "RenderVolumeLODFactor" and change the value to some high value like 3 or 4.
If the advance menu is not visible then press CTL-ALT-D to make it visible
