Full Sim Size Multi Scene rentals offer you all the space of a full 256 x 256 sim without paying the full sim price!

Each landscaped platform gives you the choice of 5 different landscapes ( 2 grass scenes, tropical, winter or desert) or choose the empty platform with various platform textures (sand, grass, snow or black rock). Change the landscape instantly with the multi scene button and change the scenic background to match (over 50 scenic backdrops)

Each rental comes with 1500 prims to use however you like. The landscaping is not included in those prims so they are all yours to use. More prims available to buy if you need them

We also have 1/4 sim and 4096sqm landscaped multi scene rentals with many landscape options starting at 299/wk and 399/wk.

We also have many different types of multi scene skybox rentals;


- furnished multi scene skyboxes starting at 249/wk. Tastefully hand decorated with high quality animated furnitures (over 10 skyboxes to use)

- unfurnished multi scene skyboxes in small, medium and large size starting at 129/wk


Want greater control over the parcel?

We have single platform rentals that allow you to change the name of the parcel and the description as well as control the music and media. These start at 512sqm for 199/wk up to 4096sqm

Want to use your own land group or terraform your space on the ground?

We have land parcels on grass islands or sandy beach islands of various sizes starting at 399/wk. Buy the land for 1 linden to put the ownership in your name and then pay the weekly rental tier. You remain the owner as long as you are renting. Great if you want more control over your land.

**Each rental (except the land you buy) comes with its own security system for maximum privacy as well as a dance machine with couples and singles dances.

Tenants are able to invite their own guests to the group so they can rez and set home.

Need more prims? Not a problem. Just ask and you can buy more for most all rentals.
