I went and looked at these at the seller's store, and decided to buy them. They are indeed hi-rez textures; I've checked most of them, and all I have checked are 1024 at least along the Z axis.
All have handles, and the vast majority do not include hinges or doorframes. Of course, on the few that do, you can easily set the repeats so these do not show.
Included in the package are doors that will fit almost any application, from ritzy to grungy, and anywhere in-between. If you do not have any door textures at all, this pack is the one to buy; it will allow you to build in most any style you need. And if you do already have door textures, this pack is still a great buy. I thought I already had a pretty good selection, but as soon as I saw this one, I knew I had to have it.
I did have a slight problem, in that three of the textures were not full-perm. (who doesn't screw up on perms occasionally?) Kelvin got back to me as soon as he logged into SL, and replaced them no problem. This was only a couple of hours after I bought them.
If you build in more than one style, and are looking for door textures, this set will serve you better than any of the others I've seen. Buy it.
