I must admit we mer-folk have a bit more class than the Cap'n Duck. At least our speech is impeccable!
Wear/add me and I swim around you in circles.
There is no truth to the tale that mer fins give super powers.
Why would you pay 5 Lindens for me? Because you need me now, and don't want to fish for me yourself!
If you use me as a decoration my LI is 32.
complexity when worn? well, it's 1 LI, but I do blow bubbles and swim, which you can stop or stop with the menu.
