I’m a reseller of this no-copy gacha item and exclusives. I’m not the creator and cannot refund nor redeliver lost items. Item will be delivered straight to your received items folder.
Any items "lost" during delivery, or while opening, are an issue between you and Linden Labs.
Suggestions to recover items:
First, try relogging. If that fails, try clearing inventory cache (Avatar>Preferences>Network & Files> Directories>Clear Inventory Cache) and relog. If that fails, please file a ticket with Linden Labs for lost Marketplace delivery and/or to restore lost inventory.
