I am not the creator of this item, only a reseller for gacha items. This means that I can not refund or "fix" an item for you. You have to contact the creator with problems with the actual item. That said if it is a packing or delivery issue please contact me. I use the Viewer-Managed Marketplace to list items. Items are sold straight from my inventory.
Gacha items are no copy.
I can not replace items.
