I am not the creator of these Items and cannot modify them for you.
I cannot refund any purchases.
I cannot redeliver any items if SL does not deliver them properly. (See note below!)
I cannot replace any Items that are lost or damaged.
This is the policy of all Gacha resellers on the Marketplace.
I use the V.M.M (Viewer-Managed Marketplace), meaning the Items go directly from my inventory into yours, with a lot less risk of losing your purchased items during delivery anymore! To better help your purchase be delivered properly, always check grid status before purchase!
