This is a common rideable kelpie horse from Elite Equestrian. This 'horse' is Ultra size, making it suitable for large size avatars or standard avatars looking to ride a draught size horse.
RHR horses are designed to be worn rather than rezzed, the example Standard sized "Oceana" kelpie has a LI of over 100.
This was pulled by myself from a gacha machine in-world, so this is the only one I have. Please ensure you are in-world to receive as I do not have any others and cannot redeliver.
