i am gm an from gar mod
the model looks scuffed and compressed like it saw some serious shidd and war has left permament scars on his mind but that makes it look even fucking funnier, he doesn't even have retinas, i paid one linden for it, but im willing to pay 2 ;)

The rigging is a bit wonky, the jaw for example, rest is ok-ish.
Not sure if it's my pc or are the texture supposed to be this grainy? I can't even see the eyes...
I understand the targeted customers for this kind of product though, if it was serious I feel there would have been more effort put into the avatar, I bet it will bring lots of laugh for the intended user.
The lack of texture detail bothers me slightly, not the price though.
Bad texture quality
The rig is okay but the model is not any good due to screwed face textures.
