You will get 2 items. One is Copy/Modify and one is Transfer/Modify. That way you can give one away to a friend and still have one for yourself.

If the item is not alpha on the edges, then one side of the Picture with a framed look and the other side is textured with the animated image, but not framed. But both the front and the back have the moving image either way. The item is not boxed, but comes in a folder for your convenience.
