Amazing House!
Beautifully done with much attention to detail. Awesome textures. The background sounds - thunder, doors closing, knocking, and the occasional random ghostly moans really tops it off and are not loud or intrusive so you can add your own. Love the bats flying from the tower. So realistic, I got creeped out while decorating it. lol. I only wish the creator would make a "restored" version because I'd buy it in a heartbeat! (And so would many others I'm sure...hint, hint. lol)
Good & Bad
The house is constructed well enough, a definite creepy Victorian vibe; however... it is obviously an older build. The sculpty stairs look rather like a lumpy ramp rather than being well defined and the textures are a little lackluster in places. The house makes a /lot/ of noise and the prim that contains the noise script/sounds is NO MOD. It took a lot of back and forth IMing with the creator to finally get him to send me a version of the house without the sound prim but to his credit he DID keep trying to make me happy and responded promptly to my requests. I think the problem is that English is not his native language and it took some time for him to understand what I wanted. That said, it is a pretty house but in retrospect I wish I had spent the extra 1k to get Hackeberry Hall which is obviously just an updated version of this house and is much nicer.
A piece of art!
A rarely piece of arf,with unique textures,and nice design as discribed. Very well scripted creaking doors and breaking glass fx. Highttly recommended for the Halloween season,and I plan to managed it as my future home.I would like to thanks the creators for their advices and talents.

A splendid build... the door animations make for a very nice, subtle touch when compared to the typical "pop open" doors... these doors drift open, and ponderously reveal the room beyond...
I can't wait to make use of this beautiful, diversely spread wonder!
