This is a little high on prims at 38 but, I've made it so that it comes apart. You can remove the carpet walkway and save 18, and you can also remove the candy cane giving bag to save another 2.
The chair is posed with a Sit for Santa and if you click the armchair side you can sit on his lap
There is a reason I chose to use poseballs this time...mostly for new residents to be able to see how the chair functions.
