This is a Gesture that you wear...Its Invisible...and when someone clicks your torso it plays a sound and a chat just like a Gesture...
This one says...That Tickles !!! with a Female Giggle

Things to do first:
1. Rename the object in your inventory to <Your Name> Says
(Right click in inventory and then choose rename)
2. Then just wear it
3. If you or anyone else clicks your upper body (Front or Back) the gesture will play.
4. If you have more than one, you will have to add a # to the front of your name.
Things to know:
1. The "Wearable Gesture" attaches to your <Chest> and you can move or change that to fit your body or needs
2. You can resize or reposition the object to your shape, you will need to be in <Ctrl><Alt><T> to edit it (Just stretch it)
3. You can't Modify the Chat at this time.
