[AA] Contest Board for Skippo

Display:

1) Prize.
2) Time left to win prize.
3) Score of best 10 Players.

Owner can:

1) Make and start contest.
2) Reset score at any time.
3) Set contest time or stop it.
4) Set prize for every round, or stop it (set it to 0 for stop).
5) Set prize for every of best 10 players (set it to 0 for stop prize contest).
6) Give host rights to another avatar.

Host can:

Do all as owner but add other host.

To add host go in edit -> contents -> edit host notecard and type name of host (one host at line).

Menu Buttons:
(AUTO replay) button set contest mode.
(min player) set minimum players required for validate score on board.
(Board volum) adjusts distance of board announcements.
(Renew/Update) for deliver lastest version of this board.
(Reset score) reset all scores stored in this board.
(Win price) set the amount for each game won.
(score update) read scores from server.
(add time HH) set number of hours to add to the duration of contest.
(add time MM) set number of minutes to add to the duration of contest.
(Reset time) set duration to 0.

Setting Contest:
Touch any amount $L line (on the right column of every player position)
is possible set amount payed out by placement on competition.
In this way is possible choose if only one win or more as is needed.

Scores are managed in this way:
100 Points for each Win.
3 Points for each card removed from the starting deck.
Scores are also:
x2 when 3 player play the game.
x3 when 4 player play the game.
x4 when 5 player play the game.
x5 when 6 player play the game.
x6 when 7 player play the game.
x7 when 8 player play the game.
