The spotlight comes in 2 colors and with and without beams. The light color can be set as desired and the angle of the spotlight can be adjusted via the menu.
To be able to see the light cone, the graphics setting must at least be set to Advanced Lighting Model. Otherwise the spotlight will not show a spot.

Networking the spotlights

The rotating spotlights can be networked from version 1.1. There is an option to assign a channel to the spotlights under the menu item "Remote ...".

All spotlights within a radius of 100m, to which the same channel has been assigned, adopt the same setting regardless of who they belong to, but depending on the Access setting. The accsess setting is not shared and must be set individually for each spotlight..

Example:
1. Karl and Susan each build a spotlight in a 100m radius. Both put their spotlights on channel 1 and on "Public". If someone adjusts the settings of a spotlight, the other one takes them over.

2. Karl and Susan each build a spotlight in a 100m radius. Both put their spotlights on channel 1. Karl puts his spotlights on "Owner only", Susan puts her spotlights on "Public". If Karl changes the setting of his or Susie's spotlights, the other spotlights also takes over the setting. If someone except Karl changes the settings of Susan's spotlights, then Karl's spotlights does not accept the settings.

3. Karl and Susan each build a spotlight in a 100m radius. Both set their spotlight on channel 1 and on "group only". If both spotlights belong to the same group (see edit menu of the browser) and someone now adjusts the settings of one spotlight, the other takes over. If the headlamps belong to different groups, the other headlamp does not take over the settings. With the "Group only" setting, communication between the spotlights depends on which group they belong to. Those who want to operate the spotlights must have activated this group.

Note:
The spotlights have a 60 second menu lock. This means that as long as someone is using the menu of a spotlight, no one else can open it until the menu is left with "Exit" or no setting has been made for 60 seconds.
This lock is also applied to all other networked spotlights.
