Fantastic customer service
This rug doesn't have tonnes of creasing like other more expensive mesh rugs on the market and for 10 Lindens this is definitely a bargain. I contacted the creator (Sasheba Looming) regarding another product and also for a copy version of this rug, and found her customer service to be top notch. Not only was there no hesitation to accommodate me, but I also found her to be very helpful, considerate and lovely overall.
