Advertise Pillar
To change your Own Pics go to build Menu and select Texture.
Select one of the 4 white Textures and go to texture Tab and choose your texture. Maybe the best Result is if you use Horizontal Scale 3.
You can use in your Paint Program also the Map inside the pillar as example but than use Horizontal Scale 1.

Old Street Clock
The Street Clock is not linked otherwise does the real Clock not work. So if you want to move the Clock be sure you selected all 3 Parts of the Clock.
You can change the Time by clicking on one of the Clock faces.
