1) House only (Simple Rezzer) holds the house and lights and has a LI of 49
2) House and outside decor (plants, trees , fences, walkway) holds the house with everything (Full Rezzer) has a LI of 110

House was created with Advanced Lighting in mind , so 3D textures , window positioning, light setup is all pointing at one thing , LIGHT! The rooms have windows situated in such way that furnishing the house will let you enjoy that windlight setting or enjoy the light setup that it comes with. Recommended for the positioning to be done with the rooms either pointing to the West or East.

=====How to Rez=====

- Footprint alignament tool (After Aligning it on the plot , copy location from foot print tool into the rezzer location ,when done , delete footprint tool, change height coordinates on rezzer in such way that the house with or withouth the exterior plants/fence touches the ground or platform it is rezzed on. ((Z coordinate)), once pleased , rezz and store and finish.)

IMPORTANT to know

The lights , doors, windows, have permissions set to everyone.

- !!! Door controls can be changed by holding down the mouse click on the door and pulling down for one second.
- Living Room can be divided in such way that you can set a kitched in aswel , thats why there is another light setup.

- Walkway connecting the back to front exits

- Trees

- Footprint size is 32x32sqm (1024)

- Doors textured with bump and specular maps , also contain opening and closing sounds, clickable or walk-in.

- Windows textured with bump and specular maps, small bedroom windows also OPEN and CLOSE.

- Walls and floors are textured and aligned and contain bump and specular maps. If retexturing please remove specular and normal maps.
- Outside fences , bushes contain specular aswel so keep in mind that if moddifying thextures to remove specular and normals from texture settings.

Texturing : As mentioned above , the house was designed mostly for Advance Light users , to enjoy the most out of the surrounding. Walls come with wallpaper bump and specular maps to fit the textures , floors come with bump and specular maps aswel.

- Lighting : The light switches have been taken out and allows you to change the radius , intensity , falloff , color, on/off per area when clicking each individual light. Keep in mind they can be individually clicked on or off. Lights will reflect from the walls , floors and aswell windows. which all contain bump and specular maps.

Light Setup : - Living room comes with 2 ceiling lights
- Each room comes ceiling lamp

Different color options for lights are present. There will be a notecard describing the light setup that is recommended.
