The glow under the dress can be turned off / turned transparent / or event removed from the dress completely.
Drop it on the ground raise it from the floor and look under neat and use select face to change the settings.

If you want to try to make your own textures for this contact me to give you the textures/different colors so you can play around with it.

This was made to not clip with the alpha layer for BOM. If you do not use BOM, use your body alpha hud to alpha out any clipping.
