Large castle with 3lvls, 10 large rooms plus an underground tunnel with two small rooms. Its hidden
behind a wall you can walk through.
Lockable doors.
I have done my best to make things copy and mod so you have the freedom to adjust as you see fit.

drop object on ground, left click the box then click rez. You can position the castle at this point by moving the rezbox. Next you can click kill scripts then just delete the box.
NOTE - Rezbox is positioned approximately center of the castle.
NOTE - when rezzing, make sure you have enough room for castle to avoid complications.
