ASK 13 Simple secure kit

This is a non mesh Add-on for the ASK 13 glider by Rene Underby
and comprises of a scripted object that makes your glider look secure on the ground

once installed inside the glider
the add-on adds a rough wooden chock , an old tyre to hold the right wing down and a tie-down to keep the left wing secure land impact is 4LI

placing the tiedown and chocks is activated by chat command (requires rez permissions)
