... So, I will give it to you. The house unfurnished is 41 prims. He has some canary palm plants that are 61 prims so you will probably not wish to use them unless you like wasting prims. It is a nicely built small home and well worth $10L. I was hoping it would have been made with less prims. No big loss. I give it 4 stars not for being a semi-great build, but because it is a build worth far more than the price tag.

Beautiful
Great two-room house, love that one room goes up on a platform separating an otherwise one-room home. Very airy and zen but fits in my tiny plot. Great job, thanks!
