1.This full perm kit is being sold to you on a limited use basis. It may only be used inside the Second Life - Virtual World. You are not authorized to export the object, proportions or anything for the use or recreation of my product in any other virtual platform.

2. This Kit DOES NOT include dae or object files.

3. You MAY NOT sell, give, gift, or in any way transfer my builders kit's or it's contents to anyone as a full perm item or kit unless a gift transaction is completed and on file.

4. You may use my items in hunts, group gifts and events when it is a completed outfit. This means you must texture and adjust permissions on the templates before setting them out. Permissions can be set as Mod only, Copy only, Transfer only, Mod/Copy only, Mod/Trans only. They may NOT be set as Copy/Trans Only.

5. You ARE NOT allowed to trade my full perm kit's or it's contents with anyone including alts (alternate avatars). Kits are fairly priced for a reason.

6. The actions of me selling these items or you purchasing them does not transfer my legal copyright of the work in any way, shape or fashion. I reserve all rights to my creations Legal Copyright and/ or Intellectual Property Rights.

7. Items created for ANY CHILD avatar should be used as PG items only.

8. Your violation of this agreement makes it possible for me to take legal action. Some consequences include but are not limited to: your account being banned, items being removed from your inventory or your customers', and legal fines as well as the possibility of jail time.

Failure to follow this TOS will result in swift legal action.
