If you didn't receive your purchase, please use the REDELIVERY TERMINAL in the Mainstore. If your purchase is not listed, send a NC with Your Name and the Transaction History to me.
I will contact you as soon as possible.
• REFUNDS
All purchases are no exchange or refund because all Altamura items are NO TRANS.
• DUPLICATE PURCHASES
They will be refunded, please send a copy of BOTH transactions to Rumegusc Altamura via Notecard.
