Cute one room cupcake house. Happy clouds and windows inside make a cheery complement to this baker's delight.
Outside on the plate are two pieces of candy with sits built in for hanging out with playmates.
The door opens and closes with a touch - and it's forks - how handy right?
Door and plate are not attached, so be sure to rez in build mode when moving it around.
Script for sits is the only no mod part - maybe - so I am saying it is NO MOD - consider it a bonus if you CAN mod it - :)
