[AHL] File Cabinet Version 1.1

This is a file cabinet. :)

It has 4 drawers that open. Each drawer also has separate permissions and labels you can change.
This allows you to set specific drawers to everyone, group, or owner only by clicking the lock

This is mostly decorative although it may have some function. Will be updated with sounds in the future, and eventually I would like to also rez objects depending on what drawer is opened.

The drawers do not always open fully. This is expected and designed this way.
