The Marina Queen is a nice comfortable Houseboat in modern Design . It has plenty of space to place ur own furniture. It comes in 2 versions, one with a Kitchen and one without if u want place ur own kitchen or other .
All Doors switch open/close by push or click it.
Kitchen light is avaible to change On/Off, Colors, Intensity and Access.

Perms: Mod,Copie,NoTrans (only scripts are not Mod)

Prims : 59 Landimpact 50 Landimpact without Kitchen

Size: H:9,5m, B:10m, L:25m

All Doors Opening (with Lock/Unlock)

!!! It comes as Prefab without all Decos and Furnitures ( Kitchen and Curtains are Inclusive)

I've had this for 7 years or so, I've modified it many different times to suit my need. It's homey, it's practical, it's worth ever penny! Highly recommended

fairly good, windows dont darken (no privacy) but is good size

It is hard to find a smaller houseboat that fits most SL mooring slips, this one is good
Too bad its controls don't darken the windows for privacy.
It would be nice if they included a notecard with links to suggested furnishings.

I have wanted this houseboat after seeing it the first time, months ago. I already have a houseboat but could not get this one out of my mind. Today was the day I decided to get it! Must see in person.
