This is a very nice abstract beach house. It includes all the furniture. It is copy and modify so you can move things. All the furniture is scripted with a menu of 36 animations. The pelt has a bigger menu. :))
The foot print is 30m x 30m and has 144 prims total. This house will fit on a land plot of a 2048 or bigger.
