[AL] Sunroom House Rez Box

While it doesn't initially place correctly, simply moving the rezzer box a little fixed the issue completely.

It's a cute house to be sure, but there are script problems with the rezzer and the doors. Unless you really want to spend the time to make some "repairs", it's sadly not worth the purchase

Used this house on my lot for over three years, since September 2016, and it's a great starter home!

Works best with small lots (512ᵐ, 175 land capacity), and for people with few L$.
Compared to other affordable mesh houses, [AL]'s models are generally cheaper and higher detail.
Would not recommend to someone who can afford large lots with high land capacity.

It's perfect for my beach homestead! The script info was over my head, so I am sure I am not using it to it's full capacity. Since the doors were separate, it was a pain to install them, but maybe that's me not understanding the script info. Low Prims inexpensive, and LI, it's perfect! Thanks!

house would not rez properly despite repeated attempts

Words cannot describe how much I love the house.....low LI, modifiable and fits perfect on my parcel. Abi went above and beyond what she needed to. Taking time out of her schedule to assist me in making my choice and telling me about modifying to suit my needs and wants. If I could give 10 stars she would get 10+.....I Love It!!!
