About the ALEXANDRIA HOUSE

~ The Alexandria House has a Land Impact of about 275 at the default size, and a footprint of 32 X 28 for house alone . The house with landscaping fits on a 4096 sq m parcel.

~Copy Mod Mesh

~ It rezzes with a pool in back and a front courtyard with landscaping, which together add about 43 Land Impact, and courtyard walls with flowers, which are adjustable to your land.

~The upstairs and downstairs rooms on the right side of the house each have a linked divider wall which can be moved or removed so you can customize the space.

~ There are privacy curtains (seen only from the outside) which are controlled by switches on the walls (which look light switches).

~ 2 bedrooms plus 1 "flex room" that can be another bedroom; also, room for a kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room.

~ Two terraces off each bedroom.

~Windowseat animation prims are found in the box. (To highlight the invisible prims use ctrl+alt+T. Place on top of windowseat and position.)

*********REZZING *******

1. Rez main house box on the ground and copy contents to inventory.
2. Place Rez Box on the ground near the center of the parcel but closer towards the front. (It is on the front porch with green arrow pointing towards house.).
3. L Click the box and choose Rez from the menu. It may take a couple of minutes for everything to rez.
4. Move the rez box around and the house and landscaping will follow.
5. Click FINALIZE if you plan to remove the rez box.
I recommend leaving the box as it is and making it invisible, so you can re-rez in the same spot if you need to -- if you do this, click STEALTH to hide the Tracking message.

Rez and open the Accessories box and copy contents to inventory. Place whatever accessories you like according to your prim allowance.

* LIFETIME UPDATES

I do periodically update and add to houses, and part of your purchase price is free automatic updates. However, there is no guarantee that future updates will include all versions and sizes of the house.

In order to receive yours, keep a copy of your house box rezzed somewhere (made tiny or transparent). Your box has a script that will detect any updates.
