ALL ~ Lost Island Ver. 1

This is a single object , Multi-textured terrain mesh . It is designed to be placed over water , but can be used over land .
This Mesh provides a nice contoured Terrain Mesh to add a Home and any objects you wish . It can be raised or lowered in water to adjust the amount of beach , above water .

Two versions are included . One with a lower Polygon Collision Hull count , for smaller lots (24 LI minimum) .
One with a slightly higher Polygon collision Hull count , for larger lots (32 LI minimum) . The larger provides a more accurate walking surface along the back and side edges , when stretched to a large size .

The pictures showing trees , shrubs and house , show mesh on a 1024 meter square lot .

Open water images show the mesh stretched to 64 x 64 x 5 meters in size .

This Mesh can be stretched proportionally or Non-proportionally .

** Note ! ** This Mesh DOES NOT come with the Tress or Shrubs/Bushes.or House .
