This is a single object , Multi-textured terrain mesh . It is designed to be placed over water , but can be used over land .
This Mesh provides a nice contoured Terrain Mesh to add a Home and any objects you wish . It can be raised or lowered in water to obtain either an Isolated pool or one with a water inlet

The pictures showing trees , shrubs and house show mesh stretched to :

The pictures showing trees , shrubs and Gray and white Beach cottage show mesh on a 1024 meter Lot and stretched to :
X= 31.8 meters

Z=6.0 meters

Open water images show the mesh stretched to 64 x 64 x 10 meters in size .

This Mesh can be stretched proportionally or Non-proportionally .
