[ALPHA] Steam Tornado (add me) Version 1

simple particle steam tornado (reverse!).

5 colors - the script is just copy - you can't change the color! the object is mod - so you can edit it. on some parcels the steam won't work. i can't fix that problem. mostly its bc the hole sim is laggy!
