This lovingly created loft has been packaged for you to enjoy for a long time alone, with friends or with a loved one. You can use this as a cafe, your office, or for residential purposes.
For your convenience, there is no rezzer. Just open the folder and drag the 'Beach House' from your inventory to the ground and voila! your house is ready for use. If you open it up in a sandbox, please make sure you have enough space around you so the nearby avatars don't go the way of the Wicked Witch of the East.
