Harmony House. A small house just 48 prims. Two levels, unfurnished. Fits on a 1,512m land. Roughly 16m x 30.5m
Copy/Mod/No Transfer. It will say no modify but that applies to the scripts.
Doors have security and controller inside the door to change the tint on all the windows. Some internal lights can be on, off, dimmed by touching them.
