For as long as you own any of our arcade machines, we will support them. If the game breaks, we'll gladly trade you a fixed version or a comparable item for the life of the product. You are always entitled to trade-up to the latest revisions, free of charge. Barring situations that cannot be fixed, you're covered.
This is why our arcade machines are Transfer Only - to allow you to send them back for fixes and updates.
When you're lucky to get in touch with the creators elsewhere, we've been supporting our arcade machines since 2012 - Now *that* is customer service.

Wait wrong game. But still, the games legit, like you can play it, the cabinet is decent quality, I've bought a lot of cabinets from here and Ima buy more lets be real xD Good stuff!
It is illegal to not own a copy of tetris.
Please, for the sake of you and your family, pick up your copy of Tetris.
It works fine, and it's Tetris, there is no better selling point than that.

All of the games work just fine. Creator customer service is AMAZING! Thats an understatement. He came over to my world and assisted me on making sure I knew how to work all the products. All games are just fine for me. I would say he's the only one you need to get your arcade games from. You won't be disappointed!
NO WAY TO INTERACT WITH THE MACHINE.
It looks fine, but it's unplayable. After setting up the machine you're supposed to click the coin button which brings up a menu that has these options: history, visit site, marketplace, external, toggle sound, instructions. Nothing about playing or pressing start. If you contact the owner and tell them there's no start button, he says, "click on the instructions"... except the instructions don't tell you where the damn start button is either on the machine or online. He then wants to tp you across the grid to show you where the start button is? He keeps saying press enter to start which doesn't work. Don't waste your money and he doesn't help.
You have the music in your head, just looking at it, don't you?
Then get it! Affordable, plays well, no flash required, well meshed as well!
