Silly harmless fun. Nothing to rez. Use anywhere (scripts enabled).
Simply wear and click around your groin area (it's invisible). The object detects upto 12 avatars that are in range. Choose your target and the anchor on a chain will shoot towards them and a clang sound is emitted. After 3 seconds the anchor vanishes and you are ready to use again.
Classic fun
Please note that due to some weird limitation of SL the targeting accuracy is greatly improved if you are sitting on something when you use.
