Solid head, but no expressions HUD
The head is well made as all of my Anima heads have been. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave move than three stars because Expressions HUDs are practically a requirement for me for all my heads, to bring them to life more than the base animations. I reached out to the creator of the Expressions HUDs to ask if they planned to make one for the Heckling Hyena and was told that when they reached out to Anima to ask for a devkit, they were told no and promptly blocked.

Bought for the tail, had no clue a tail was included until I looked into piecing a Hyena mod together.
Not quite perfect but pretty damn good!
This is a really nice hyena head. It's realistic (The upper fangs are behind the lower fangs, which is anatomically correct if disturbing) without being too over the top, the HUD is well designed, and it takes well to textures like the NyxeM Yeen.
Quibbles are many but very small:
1. I wish there were more states to the ears, eyes, and mouth and I wish there were more expressions, especially subtle ones like smaller smiles. I imagine these can be added over time.
2. It seems like the HUD can create mixtures of multiple expressions that are hard to completely turn off and return to a calm state. (Am I doing something wrong?)
3. It would be nice to have a longer eyelash option for females.
4. Finally, as mentioned in the first review, it would be great to have a version with empty eye sockets for prim eyes rather than relying on BoM textures. I miss my favorite eyes!
Overall, though, a really strong effort and one to keep an eye on. If you're of the opinion that the current offerings for yeen heads are too brutish, cartoony, or (looking at you Cerberus Canis) a fox head with spots, then this head is definitely worth the investment! It's really good now, and with a few tweaks I'll bet version 2.0 will be even better.

Cute head, but I think it would be rly cool if you updated a version without the mesh in the eyesockets, It makes it really difficult to put your own eyes in there as theres mesh in the way and it looks goofy, the eyes you are given are nice however when putting on certian eyes it flips them sideways. Fank you.
