This is a plugin script, you can drop into your KDC ankle cuffs, to allow your keyholder (who locked you)
to block: sit tp,tp local,tp location,tp landmark,tp lure

Features:

- simple use by click and hold the lock prim (on the D-Ring)
- allows your keyholder to click hold and drag the cursor left/right to change the tightness

- Level 1: sit tp
- Level 2: all from Level before + tp local
- Level 3: all from Level before + tp location,tp landmark
- Level 4: all from Level before + tp lure
