Seen inworld first in the high mountain valleys of the sim Nisa, Ibexia's (AKA Ibex Empire) crystal shrines first made their debut. Back then Ibex Empire was intended to represent an MLP themed fan created country. Ibex Empire later expanded to where it gained it's own sim, and more of the crystal shrines became represented along with other areas of that country. Now the Ibexian Crystal Shrines slumber, waiting to spring forth once again where the magic is just right to allow them to manifest.
