Like my other textures for builders this is full perm. You may not distribute this unless it is a part of your build. You are not to pass this around to friends, associates, or partners, even for free. If you wish to have a building partner have a copy then please purchase them a license of their own.
This is an older texture that I used for a house my mate and I once lived in, and had been used again in the Hake Rice House in the Ibex Empire while the sim was running.
