Outlet items are: no mod, no transfer, do not include textures and it might have some LOD troubles (need high LOD settings), other than that items work perfectly.
Beautiful kids bedroom, flowered themed, includes only furniture: bedroom, vanity, dresser, sofa, ottoman, teddy bear, mirror, frames, lamp, nightstand, side table and rug. All furniture include animations built inside.
