In each Stone and Plant is a hidden animation to sit. Just click on one Stone or Plant and choose "sit" or move your mouse over one of this prims, you should see a chair to your cursor, then you just need to click.
When you rezz your Waterfall Spring, you will read in chat that scripts are running on Channel 22, but to turn lighteffects on and off you just need to touch the water in Stonebassin.
